Notes to the rental rates:

1. Prices assume two people occupancy. Additional adults charged at £75 (children     £50) per week high season; £65 per week mid season(children£40); £50 per     week low season(children £30). Under 2s free.

2. There is an additional £30 cleaning fee per booking, payable with final balance.

3. Maid service can usually be arranged on request for an additional charge paid      locally.

4 . Short stays also available off season. Contact owners for details.

5. A deposit of one third of the rental is required at time of booking with the balance      payable 8 weeks prior to rental period.

7. Changeover day is Saturday though other days may be considered.
